| We are thoroughly enjoying it and are already looking forward to your next one. We'll probably end up buying a second copy of Silhouettes as we're in danger of wearing this one out! Congratulations once again and hope the work keeps on coming in. |

| I was impressed as I was when I heard your playing. It's music first and all the notes and the playing of them are cleverly disguised. The piano sings and there's a lot of character and even more importantly a sense of the music being improvised. I immediately thought of Van Cliburn as he was renowned for all this and very understated not showy unless it's called for. When the Hungarian Rhapsody began everything seemed to step up quite a bit. This piece often sounds like it's been through the wars and not fresh but here it was honestly like I heard it for the first time. Then the Mendelsohn which to me really showed your singing tone even more than before was impressive. I'd never heard the Gershwin arrangement but have heard Earl Wild playing - a very cleverly thought out programme that belies the simple title. Nice things in the Berceuse not just playing the notes I usually hear. York Bowen was the first time for me and better than I'd expected. In the wrong hands this music would be quickly forgotten but you made it into something. I think live it would be even better. Then I went back and listened to the first four tracks again - I was in a better mood to appreciate them after listening to the whole CD |

| I have not as yet listened to the whole CD but as I am typing this I am listening to Berceuse. It is without exaggeration one of the best interpretation I have ever heard. It always brings tears to my eyes and just wanted to share this with you. Well done. I have been playing the piano for 40 years so I am sure you will understand when I say to you that I really envy you!

| I have just been listening to a new CD of piano music played by Warren Mailley-Smith. If the name does not ring any bells, it is a good name to listen out for in the future, as there is no doubt about it he is a pianist who should be noticed for the eloquent way in which he handles these piano pieces with such dexterity.
…when I listen to these recordings, I find that Mailley-Smith has a tendency to put a good spring in his step...
...once you hear the charm and versatility of this experienced young man, you can vision the rest in your mind, and forget about the packaging... It is good value for money, and is one of those recordings you would want to play when you have come home from work, and you just want to relax and allow the frustrations of the day to wander out of your cerebral cortex. It is a worthy recording.

| We play it in the car constantly. We are so pleased that it is doing well in the charts - deservedly so, it's a wonderful variety of music to suit all moods. Played with skill and emotion. Thanks Warren, happy memories, we miss you. |

| The CD contains a rich and varied repertoire from some of the most famous composers but also a full York Bowden sonata (relatively unknown). The recordings are alive with emotion and the tonal quality produced is quite outstanding - together with technically accomplished playing creates a CD which is immensely enjoyable to listen to. A must have! |
